Ultra Gel 500 is formulated on high quality, carefully selected raw materials to ensure superb performance and consistency. It provides a very high hot tack to allow fast setting and good adhesion. Even when diluted, Ultra Gel 500 maintains its machine performance. Ultra Gel 500 is very clean running, reducing machine downtime. Its excellent balance of properties allows its use on many case making machines in a variety of ambient conditions.

Ultra Gel 500 is very easy to use and accepts dilution water up to 5 – 10% readily. The adhesive is very easy to set on the rollers, is low skinning in the premelter and non-foaming in the recirculating system ensuring trouble-free production. The high tack properties of Ultra Gel 500 allow its use at low coating weights, achieving superb mileage. The high quality of performance and excellent mileage produces cost effective production with an improved quality of the manufactured goods.
